Established 2015We started in 2015 as an independent CRM Advisory under the Ativa brand, working with multiple CRM technologies. Ativa quickly morphed into Business Architecture to optimise End-To-End Process Automation, of which CRM is a subset. In 2022, we rebranded as Koncept Systems and pivoted to the Creatio Business Platform to provide a better value platform and no-code automation for clients.
